Mayor Garnett called meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
Recording of attendance conducted by Mayor Pro Tem.
Cope moved and Davis seconded a motion to approve the AMENDED agenda. Motion passed 3-0. A second building permit was added to the agenda.
Davis moved and Cope seconded a motion to approve a building permit for James and Katherine Robnett.
Motion passed 3-0.
Cope moved and Davis seconded a motion to approve a building permit for Russell Graham.
Motion passed 3-0.
Davis moved and Cope seconded a motion to sell raw water to Emery Sapp & Sons (Baysinger Corner roundabout Contractor) since there is a way to meter it.
Motion passed 3-0.
Cope moved and Davis seconded a motion to move into closed session at 6:05pm to discuss personnel matters. Motion passed 3-0
Cope moved and Davis seconded a motion to enter open session at 6:31pm. Motion passed 3-0
Cope moved and Davis seconded a motion to adjourn meeting. Motion passed 3-0. Meeting adjourned as 6:33pm by Mayor Garnett.

Cope moved and Davis seconded a motion to move into closed session at 6:05pm to discuss personnel matters. Motion passed 3-0
Cope moved and Davis seconded a motion to employ Joy Evans as temporary Part-time City Clerk at the rate of $14.00 per hour. Hours for this position will be 10-3 Monday through Friday.
Motion passed 3-0
Cope moved and Davis seconded a motion to enter open session at 6:31pm. Motion passed 3-0
Cope moved and Davis seconded a motion to adjourn meeting. Motion passed 3-0. Meeting adjourned as 6:33pm by Mayor Garnett.
