Meeting was called to order at 6:03 pm by Mayor Pro Tem Hodges.
Welcome to everyone was conducted by Mayor Pro Tem Hodges
Recording of the aldermen attendance was conducted by the Mayor Pro Tem Hodges. Mayor Garnett was absent.
Davis moved and Lybarger seconded a motion to approve the agenda as amended. Added discussion of sewer issue at T. Tice new residence. Motion passed 4-0.
Patron Comments: Roger and Kimberly Miller communicated that they had been approved for all licenses and were waiting on state liquor license to arrive. Davis moved and Lybarger seconded a motion to approve the business and liquor license for HOBO upon receipt on that from the state. Motion passed 4-0.
Public Works Supervisor Craft brought forward an issue found at the site of a new home build regarding the sewer line on the city side. His estimates from the contractor for repair are from $5000.00 to $10,000.00. Cope moved and Lybarger seconded a motion to approve this expenditure. Motion passed 4-0.
Davis moved and Cope seconded to enter closed session at 6:20pm. Motion passed 4-0.
Davis moved and Lybarger seconded a motion to enter open session at 6:36pm. Motion passed 4-0.
Lybarger moved and Cope seconded a motion to adjourn meeting. Motion passed 4-0. Meeting adjourned as 8:09pm by Mayor Pro Tem Hodges

Davis moved and Cope seconded to enter closed session at 6:20pm. Motion passed 4-0.
Employment offers were voted on.
Cope moved and Davis seconded a motion to offer employment as City Clerk to Carrie Risenhover at a salary of $18 per hour Motion passed 4-0.
Lybarger moved and Cope seconded a motion to offer employment to Chuck Morgan for maintenance at a salary of $15 per hour. Motion passed 4-0.
Davis moved and Lybarger seconded a motion to offer employment to Eddie Gooch as Water Treatment plant operator at a salary of $25 per hour.
Davis moved and Lybarger seconded a motion to enter open session at 6:36pm. Motion passed 4-0.
Lybarger moved and Cope seconded a motion to adjourn meeting. Motion passed 4-0. Meeting adjourned as 8:09pm by Mayor Pro Tem Hodges
