Business License Application
Any new business must fill out a business license and be approved by the City Council. A renewal does not require a yearly approval. Fee is $25.00 unless business will be serving food and/or alcohol. Price varies depending on type of alcohol, if open on a Sunday, etc. For new or renewal of application a No Tax Due letter from the Department of Revenue must be attached if sales tax is charged.
Building Permit Application
There is a $10.00 fee associated with this application. Must be approved by the City Council. If not approved the $10.00 will be refunded. Applicant must provide blueprints and/or photos of what is wanted to be built. Council will reject application if these are not included.
There is a $150.00 non-refundable filing fee. An additional $10.00 non-refundable filing fee is required if submitting an application for a Sunday license. (See instructions on front page of application.)
There is a fee of $15.00 per day/per person. A photo ID is required as well as vehicle insurance information.
Residents can fill this out and return it to City Hall for City Council review. Individual filing complaint must fill out the form completely.
Golf Cart Permit
There is a $10.00 fee. Permit must be renewed annually. Completed application and proof of liability insurance required.
